TUFCAP truck caps are designed specifically for each truck model to ensure a perfect fit. While we currently do not have products available for the Ford Maverick, Chevrolet Silverado EV, or Ram trucks with Rambox due to the unique design of their truck beds, we can still assist you!

All TUFCAP truck caps are guaranteed to be waterproof, providing excellent protection from rain, snow, and other weather conditions. However, we do not guarantee waterproofing under pressure washer conditions, as the force of the water may exceed the seal’s capacity to keep out moisture.
Additionally, please note that the tailgate of most trucks is not fully sealed, so water and dust may enter through the tailgate. To ensure complete protection, we recommend sealing the tailgate if necessary.

The standard height of TUFCAP truck caps is designed to be around the same height as the highest part of your truck cab, providing a seamless and uniform appearance. This ensures that the cap complements the truck’s overall profile while maintaining optimal functionality and aesthetics.
TUFCAP truck caps can have their height added or reduced based on the customer’s specific needs, offering a more customized fit. If you have any particular height requirements, feel free to reach out, and we can accommodate your preferences.
The weight of TUFCAP truck caps is approximately 170 lbs for the Premium series and 190 lbs for the Classic series. However, the exact weight can vary depending on the length of your truck bed.

TUFCAP truck caps are shipped fully assembled to ensure ease of installation and convenience for the customer. Once the cap arrives, it will be ready for mounting onto your truck, so you can quickly get it installed and start using it.
The installation of a TUFCAP truck cap is quick and easy, requiring only six brackets and one security bar to secure the cap, taking around 30 minutes. Due to the size of the product, we recommend having four people to lift and position the cap onto the truck bed.
We offer free installation in the store, but please note that wiring is not included. For the best results, we recommend finding a licensed electrician to handle any wiring. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation does not affect the vehicle’s warranty.
