Warranty Policy

TUFCAP is committed to delivering premium quality truck caps and accessories. We provide the following Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.

1. Coverage Periods

• Major Metal Body Panels: Limited Lifetime Warranty

Covers structural manufacturing defects, including weld integrity and structural fractures.

• Plastic ,Rubber & Parts: Three-Year Limited Warranty

Covers material defects, warping, or functional failure under normal operating conditions.

• Paint, Surface Coating: One-Year Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing-related issues such as spontaneous peeling, delamination, corrosion, rust or cracking of the coating.

• Glass Components: All glass elements are sold “as-is” and are excluded from this warranty coverage.

2. Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

To ensure fair usage, this warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from:

• External Impact: Damage caused by road debris, stone chips, scratches, accidents, or off-road misuse.

• Environmental Factors: Damage from acid rain, industrial fallout, tree sap, bird droppings, road salt, or extreme weather conditions.

• Improper Maintenance: Use of corrosive chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or damage caused by high-pressure washers (when used within 1 meter of seals or painted surfaces).

• Unauthorized Modifications: Any structural alterations, unauthorized repairs, self-repainting, or improper third-party installations.

• Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual fading, loss of gloss over time, or minor cosmetic aging due to UV exposure.

3. General Terms & Limitations

• Right to Inspect: TUFCAP reserves the right to inspect the product (via photos, videos, or physical examination) to determine the root cause of the claim before approval.

• Remedy Limitation: Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component, at TUFCAP’s sole discretion. We are not responsible for labor costs, shipping fees, loss of use, or any incidental/consequential damages.

• Non-Transferable: This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable upon the sale of the vehicle or product.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email our support team at  contact@tufcap.ca with the following:

1. Proof of Purchase: Your original order number or sales receipt.

2. Visual Evidence: Clear photos/videos of the defect (including close-ups and wide shots of the product).

3. Description: A brief explanation of the issue and when it was first noticed.


Production and Shipping: Factory orders typically require about 30 days for production and 30-40 days for shipping. Shipping is handled by third-party companies, and delays may occur due to various reasons. Therefore, delivery delays cannot be used as a reason to refund the deposit.

  1. Order Deposit
    For custom orders & factory orders, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This deposit covers the initial costs of materials and labour for your truck cap.
    Custom orders & factory orders are made to your specifications; therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded once the production process has begun.
  2. Insurance Purchase
    If a customer wishes to purchase shipping insurance, they must proactively contact our sales staff for the purchase. We do not actively promote or market any insurance to our customers.
  3. Choice of Shipping Insurance
    During the logistics process, customers may opt to purchase shipping insurance at their own discretion. In the event of any damage during transit, customers must directly contact the logistics company to file a claim. Damage incurred during shipping is not considered a product quality issue, and we do not assume any liability for such damages.
  4. Assistance with Claims
    We will make every effort to assist customers by providing the necessary information to contact the logistics company for filing a claim. The final compensation amount awarded by the logistics company is determined solely by them, and customers may decide whether to use such compensation on our platform for purchasing new replacement parts.
  5. Returns and Refunds
    All truck caps installed by TUFCAP Ltd. are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.
    If you encounter any issues with your truck cap within the warranty period, please contact us for warranty service. We will assess the problem and provide the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part.

Price Drop Guarantee:

We are committed to ensuring you get the best value for your purchase. Here’s how our Price Drop Guarantee works:

If any TUFCAP product you purchase goes on sale for a lower price within 10 calendar days of your purchase date, you will be eligible for a store credit equal to the price difference.

This guarantee applies to major promotional events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day.

Please note: If your original purchase included any type of promotion or discount, the Price Drop Guarantee will not apply to match the new promotional price.

While we strive to honor our Price Drop Guarantee every time, we reserve the right to decline a request at our discretion.

First Responder Discount

As a token of our appreciation for their service, first responders (including police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel) are eligible for a 10% discount on their purchases. A valid ID must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for this discount.

Delivery Time Disclaimer
The estimated delivery time provided by the company is for reference only. The actual delivery date may vary due to production, logistics, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors. The company shall not be held responsible for such delays but will make every effort to assist customers in tracking and coordinating deliveries.

Refund/Discount Limitations
The company does not offer refunds or discounts as compensation for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations). However, the company will provide support in addressing logistics inquiries and follow-up assistance.

Customer Feedback and Communication
Customers are encouraged to contact the company through official channels (e.g., phone, email, or online forms) to resolve any dissatisfaction regarding their orders or services. The company reserves the right to reject compensation claims arising from unreasonable threats or demands.”

Handling Threats and Extortion
If a customer threatens to spread false information or negative reviews to demand unreasonable benefits, the company reserves the right to take legal action.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding an order, both parties agree to prioritize resolution through friendly negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to local arbitration or court.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of order is accurate. By signing these terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the delivery terms and associated responsibilities.

General Provisions
TUFCAP Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates.
By purchasing from TUFCAP Ltd., you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they constitute a binding agreement between you and TUFCAP Ltd.

TUFCAP Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if TUFCAP Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
