POLICY AND TERMS

Welcome to TUFCAP Ltd., your trusted provider of high-quality pickup truck caps. By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Warranty
    Plastic and Rubber Parts: We offer a three-year warranty on all plastic and rubber parts of our truck caps. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
    Metal Parts: We provide a lifetime warranty for any factory defects in the metal components of our truck caps. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    Glass Parts: Please note that glass parts are not covered under our warranty. Any damage to glass components is the responsibility of the purchaser.
    Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, exposure to abnormal environments and chemicals, or any other misuse or alteration of the product.
  2. Warranty Claims
    The purchaser can claim the warranty at any TUFCAP Ltd. dealer in Canada with the warranty card provided at the time of purchase. The warranty card must be presented along with proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim unless registered online.
  3. Order Deposit
    For custom orders & factory orders, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This deposit covers the initial costs of materials and labour for your truck cap.
    Custom orders & factory orders are made to your specifications; therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded once the production process has begun.

Production and Shipping: Factory orders typically require about 30 days for production and 30-40 days for shipping. Shipping is handled by third-party companies, and delays may occur due to various reasons. Therefore, delivery delays cannot be used as a reason to refund the deposit.

  1. Returns and Refunds
    All truck caps installed by TUFCAP Ltd. are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.
    If you encounter any issues with your truck cap within the warranty period, please contact us for warranty service. We will assess the problem and provide the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part.
  2. First Responder Discount
    As a token of our appreciation for their service, first responders (including police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel) are eligible for a 10% discount on their purchases. A valid ID must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for this discount.
  3. General Provisions
    TUFCAP Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates.
    By purchasing from TUFCAP Ltd., you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they constitute a binding agreement between you and TUFCAP Ltd.
  4. Disclaimer
    TUFCAP Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if TUFCAP Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Price Drop Guarantee: We are committed to ensuring you get the best value for your purchase. Here’s how our Price Drop Guarantee works: If any TUFCAP product you purchase goes on sale for a lower price within 10 calendar days of your purchase date, you will be eligible for a store credit equal to the price difference. This guarantee applies to major promotional events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day.

Delivery Time Disclaimer
The estimated delivery time provided by the company is for reference only. The actual delivery date may vary due to production, logistics, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors. The company shall not be held responsible for such delays but will make every effort to assist customers in tracking and coordinating deliveries.

Refund/Discount Limitations
The company does not offer refunds or discounts as compensation for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations). However, the company will provide support in addressing logistics inquiries and follow-up assistance.

Customer Feedback and Communication
Customers are encouraged to contact the company through official channels (e.g., phone, email, or online forms) to resolve any dissatisfaction regarding their orders or services. The company reserves the right to reject compensation claims arising from unreasonable threats or demands.”

Handling Threats and Extortion
If a customer threatens to spread false information or negative reviews to demand unreasonable benefits, the company reserves the right to take legal action.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding an order, both parties agree to prioritize resolution through friendly negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to local arbitration or court.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of order is accurate. By signing these terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the delivery terms and associated responsibilities.
