TUFCAP Warranty Terms

At TUFCAP, we are dedicated to delivering durable and reliable truck caps. Below are the terms and conditions of our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

Plastic and Rubber Parts: Covered under a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Metal Parts: Protected by a lifetime warranty against factory defects. Glass Parts: Glass components are not covered under this warranty.

General Warranty Terms

Exclusivity: All warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty Card Requirement: Customers must present the original warranty card and proof of purchase to make a claim.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by improper maintenance, installation, or unauthorized modifications. Exposure to abnormal environments, chemicals, UV radiation, or extreme conditions. Accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim: Provide the warranty card and proof of purchase. Contact TUFCAP or an authorized dealer for inspection and assistance. Authorized repairs must be performed at certified facilities. Handling or installation fees may apply.
